This is a privacy and data protection statement for tempolaw.fi (Tempo Attorneys Ltd) website in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

This Privacy Policy applies to the content of the website tempolaw.fi. There is a separate privacy policy that goes more in detail to the whole company.

Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Customer relationship management and contacting customers

The information collected through the website consists of tracking information through cookies and information submitted through the contact form. See sections 7 and 11 for more information.
Personal data sent via the contact form:
- Name
- Email address
- Phonenumber
The data collected with the monitoring tools of the website is demographic, and cannot be used to personalize the user.
6. Data retention
No personal data will be stored in tempolaw.fi’s database, and the collection and transmission of such data will be limited to the recipient of the contact form. Messages are sent only to the relevant recipient per form.
7. Regular sources of information
Information about the customer is primarily obtained from the customer himself. In addition, we may receive information from the following sources:
- From the visitor when visiting the site (see section 11. for a more detailed description)
- The Site contains third party cookies that are for measurement and tracking services. Third parties may place cookies on your device when you visit the site. Cookies mainly collect technical information. The use of cookies on the site is indicated in a separate notice, which is subject to user acceptance.
- Information submitted via the website form. The form data is not stored in databases, but is simply sent by email to the recipient.

- Data is not regularly handed over to other parties. Data can be published as far as has been agreed on with the customer.
- Data is not regularly transferred or handed over outside the EU or ETA, excluding data collected by possible outside services mentioned in section 7.
9. The right to review and demand corrections to the data
Every person in the register has the right to review their register data and demand corrections to erroneous or inadequate data. If a person wants to review their register data or demand corrections, a written request must be sent to the register keeper. The register keeper has the right to ask the sender of the request to prove their identity. The register keeper will reply to the customer within the time required by GDPR (mainly within a month).
10. Principles of register security
Messages from forms on the website are sent over a secure connection. The information from the forms is not stored in the site’s database, but is only sent to the recipient’s email address.
Only those persons who are entitled to process the data by virtue of their job are entitled to use the visitor tracking system. Each user has their own user name and password for the system.
